Video Games adapted from TV or films are, generally, not easy to pull off. Though there are plenty of strong examples of this transition done well, the change in medium will typically leave the experience feeling quite a bit different than its source material, even if the game itself is satisfying in its own right. There is, however, an absolutely massive exception to this rule, and that exception is the South Park games. 2014’s South Park: The Stick of Truth achieved the impossible, creating an incredibly fun adventure RPG set in the town of South Park that truly feels like it PLACES you in a massive episode of the series itself.
